Monday – Upperbody Strength Day (Cardio or Core Finisher)
Tuesday – Full Body Conditioning Day (finish with Core Work)
Wednesday – Lower Body Strength Day (Cardio or Core Finisher)
Thursday – Full Body Conditioning (finish with Core Work)
Friday – Full Body Friday(Cardio or Core Finisher)
Saturday – Full Body Conditioning Day (finish with Core Work)
