It’s the only thing it has on its’ mind. To ‘preserve’ itself, to survive, to get through the day, to stay alive, Beegees, Disco, Pants.

And whatever you do to your body, your body will think you’ll do forever. So your body ‘adapts’ to what you do. Lift weight, boom, your body builds muscle. Stop lifting weight, your body gets rid of the muscle. Because you don’t need it anymore to survive.

SAME GOES WITH FOOD

If you don’t eat enough, your body will store fat – just to stay alive. So you need to eat more. But anyone who’s tried to eat 2,000 calories of healthy food has been through the struggle. Because the struggle is real. Healthy food FILLS YOU UP. And it’s hard to get so much food in every day if you’re not used to it.

But I’m here to tell you, AMERICA IS IN BAD SHAPE

Then someone tells them to eat ‘enough’ and they turn into Bridezilla’s. It’s important. You need to eat enough. No matter what your situation. I know you have a crazy schedule.

How do I know?

Because ‘Murica. We’ll sleep when we’re dead because the hustle never stops. Naps are for the French! But your schedule will not become any ‘lighter’ anytime soon. Not until you retire. So your schedule should be no excuse to not get enough food in.

Nope.

The only way to make this happen is to START STRONG. Have a big breakfast. Then have 50% of your calories in by 2pm. Do that and your metabolism will be so high that your last meals will be a breeze.

It’s all about how you start your day. Or better yet, how you finish it.

At night, make your food for the next day. Tupperware, fridge, plastic fork, party hat.

.. that’s it.

It’s simple. And it’s easy. But what’s easy to do is also easy not to do. You need those calories. How many do you need?

You need ALL OF THEM!
