About HEROIC FITNESS
Background: Over 15 years ago, I did my first body transformation. I woke up one morning and I was sick and tired of being tired. I was tired of feeling like an old man when I was only 21 years old. I was ready to make a change, but I didn’t know how to make that change. So what I did, instead of putting off another day, I just started with what I knew at that time. I started doing the exercises that I knew how to do and began eating the best way I knew how that day.
It didn’t happen overnight, it was a process.
I started researching on how to work out the right way. I started researching the best ways I could eat to reach my goals. Then I came across a fitness challenge in the back of a magazine (this was before cell phones and the internet as we know it today).
Vision: It had accountability and community and had photos two other things that I wanted: abs and prizes. This programs offered the kind of structure that I needed. And after a few weeks I noticed a difference in a lot of areas.

By the time I got to the end of the challenge, I no longer valued the prizes or the abs. Why? Because the ultimate prize was the transformation that had taken place in my life physically, mentally, and spiritually.This where I came up with the vision for Heroic Fitness.
You see, transforming your life isn’t about a silver bullet or secret sauce. It’s about doing the right things every day and having a community around you that will help you reach your goals.
