Ok everyone here is my end results of the 2- 6 week challenges!!!! Ive lost a total of 33 pounds! Christ age lol I reached MY GOAL!!! My health back!!!! I feel amazing, I went from a size 14/16 to a size 6. My next personal challenge is to keep it off tone and Continue this new healthy life style life THANK YOU JESUS FIR YOUR LOVE AND STRENGTH! What Our Challengers Say

This is called a challenge for a reason, it’s not easy. I started for a personal reason; to be a healthier mom for my two kids who had recently lost their dad. It’s not about the numbers on the scale for me it’s about becoming healthy and developing healthy habits for myself and for them. It was hard for me to trick my brain into not craving potato chips at work and I thought I was gonna die on my first workout. However, I kept reminding myself why I started the challenge and that was my motivation to keep going. With only 2 weeks left I developed an elbow injury that kept me from doing any workouts involving my arms for those two weeks. I didn’t let that stop me. My amazing trainer Walt Young found other things I could do. Not only did I complete my 30 workouts on time and lost the 20lbs, I finished with a total of 24.5 lbs lost!!! I’m still meal prepping and doing the workouts and continue to see results. FTDI! Kirk Huggins Rogers and his program has been life changing for me. Keep up the good work new challengers and remember YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Good luck to you all.
